Pursuant to the LAO Constitution, due paying members comprise “Liberian and Canadian citizens or permanent residence and their family members and persons who are of Liberian parentage, aged 18 years and above, who reside in Canada and Canadian citizens and permanent residents in Canada of any nationality who have or show interest in the objectives and goals of the Association.”
