She is a business manager, a wife o f 25 years,  and a mother of two. She has lived in the Ottawa-Gatineau community for 28 years. She holds an Early Childhood Education certificate and a B.S. in Psychology. Over the years,she has diligently serve our community in various ways , including as a former secretary of the LAO, and has earned her community’s trust and respect in the process.

Dekote is very honest, funny and remains very excited about serving this growing community. She holds accountability, diligence, and transparency as key to running a business and will ably apply the same attributes in serving the Liberian community  of Ottawa.
